Nav Parivartan conducts camps and awareness programs for dalit, minority & backward rural men and women. At these events, the organization distributes booklets emphasing on rural development through education, health, hygiene, nutrition, empowerment, and better livelihood conditions. The women were also being made aware about their legal rights and duties which are conferred to them by the Indian Constitution and judiciaries. Awareness has given the rural community, especially the ones who seen as untouchables, confidence to fight against atrocities. This awareness program was held to make them socially and economically viable and empowered. Even today, it has been considered that women are not able to work and they should remain at home to do the never ending household chores. To break this stigma, we organized women empowerment programs awareness on their legal rights, they were also provided with awareness on various employment opportunities available to them.
