In order to impart consciousness and awareness on the importance of protecting the environment, Nav Parivartan undertakes several activities. We encourage people to plant trees. We hold Environmental awareness camps for women/ adolescent youth to create awareness by highlighting problems of various forms of pollutions and the importance of utilizing alternative sources of energy. We distribute saplings in the semi-urban communities. Apart from this, we are also involved in the developmental and sensitization programs for conservation and preservation of environment such as water and energy conservation, marine and coastal conservation, civic and environmental sanitation, pollution control activities, conservation of soil and energy, rain water harvesting, watershed, participatory irrigation management, etc. The purpose is just to make people sensitive towards the environment and keep it clean and green for future generations.
