Nav Parivartan conducts legal literacy awareness programs for dalit, minority & backward women. At these events, the organization distributes pamphlets, flyers and brochures on women rights, legal protection and court systems.

The program has educated women on various legal provisions while approaching the Police Stations and Courts including Lok Adalat and Family Counseling Centres. They are now aware of various Acts like Dowry Act, Domestic Violence Act, Labor Act, Minimum Wage Act, Child Marriage Act and Laws like Hindu Law, Muslim Law, Christian Law, etc., they are also being made aware of women-related issues such as health and reproduction. Awareness has given the women confidence to fight against atrocities. This awareness programme was held to make women socially and economically viable and empowered. Even today, it has been considered that women are not able to work and they should remain at home to do the never ending household chores. To break this stigma, we organized women empowerment programs so that the women too can learn to move forward and earn a living on their own. Apart the awareness on their legal rights, they were also provided with awareness on various employment opportunities available to them.
